REPORT: IS releases new video presented by British captive John Cantlie

The Islamic State group released a new video depicting the British hostage John Cantlie in the Syrian city of Aleppo.

The video released on Monday is titled From Inside Halab [the Arabic word for Aleppo] and is part of an ongoing propaganda launched by the Islamic State group to show itself as having control on significant population centers.
