REPORT: Ministers call for establishment of economic zone in Tripoli

The northern city of Tripoli has generally suffered from economic deprivation and neglect.

During Thursday’s Cabinet session, Social Affairs Minister Rashid Derbass, Minister of Justice Achraf Rifi and Minister of the Displaced Alice Chabtini said that they would no longer sign any Cabinet decree unless the government appoints a board of directors for Tripoli’s economic zone.
