REPORT: Lawsuits filed against 6 companies on charges of fraudulent bankruptcy

Financial Attorney General Judge Ali Ibrahim filed lawsuits on Monday against six companies on charges of fraudulent bankruptcy within the framework of the case of the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation International (LBCI).

Consequently, Judge Ibrahim referred the dossier to the first investigative judge of Mount Lebanon.
