REPORT: Protesters stage sit-in to denounce ongoing arrest of Lebanese national by Czech authorities

Protesters staged a sit-in outside the U.S. embassy in Awkar against the ongoing detention by Czech authorities of a Lebanese national who could be deported to the United States.

Family, relatives and friends of Ali Fayad, from the southern town Ansar who has been in custody in the Czech Republic since April last year over suspicion of terrorism and drug trafficking, raised posters urging justice.
