REPORT: Mixed reactions over child Ella Tannous' case

The Order of Physicians issued Friday a work stoppage order at hospitals and medical clinics across Lebanon after police arrested a doctor accused of neglecting Ella Tannous, a baby patient whose limbs later had to be amputated.

The decision, announced at a news conference, came two days after Dr. Issam Maalouf was detained.
