Foreign Affairs Minister Gebran Bassil met in Montreal on Monday the Lebanese community in Northern America.
During the meeting, Minister Bassil called on adopting a referendum to end the presidential deadlock in Lebanon, emphasizing the necessity of remaining committed to the Declaration of Intent between the Lebanese Forces and the Free Patriotic Movement.
