REPORT: Berri says ongoing legislative paralysis "must not be tolerated"
Deputies cited Speaker Nabih Berri’s dissatisfaction with the current situation, saying that he is not surprised with the accumulation of problems weighing over the country's shoulders, so long as the work of public institutions remains obstructed.

During Wednesday's deputies gathering, Berri expressed his extreme exasperation with the ongoing paralysis hitting the regulatory and legislative works, adding that this situation must not be tolerated.

In this regard, Berri stressed the need to hold a parliamentary session so that the deputies can perform their legislative duties.
