Five years ago, on the 14th of October 2010, Judge Fady Ouneisy issued an indictment in the lawsuit filed by the Lebanese Forces, represented by head of the executive committee Samir Geagea, against the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation International (LBCI) and its CEO, Sheikh Pierre El-Daher.
Ouneisy based his indictment on the testimony of Geagea who was considered a witness although the latter was the claimant; thus, violating the Lebanese laws.
