LBCI’s CEO Sheikh Pierre El-Daher said on the 14th of December 2009 before Judge Fady Ouneisy that an oral agreement made between him and Dr. Samir Geagea in the presence of late Antoine Choueiry was transformed into a legal agreement in June 1992, noting that a new company that does not have any debts was opened under the name of LBCI.
