Ten ministers have occupied the Lebanese Ministry of Public Works since the year 1990, but no progress has been recorded in terms of the roads’ situation, as each time it rains in Lebanon, the roads turn into rivers and the rivers and canals flood and enter the buildings and houses, causing severe damages.
