Ministry of the Interior: Tougher movement restrictions in Lebanon

Interior Minister Mohammad Fahmi issued a circular on Sunday to clamp down on movement across the country.

Vehicles with a license plate ending in an odd number may now only be driven Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Vehicles with a license plate ending in an even number or zero may now only be driven Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

All vehicles are banned to move on Sundays.
