REPORT: Casino Du Liban contract workers proceed with their sit-in

Contract workers at Casino Du Liban said on Thursday that they will proceed with their sit-in until the administration agrees on their demand for full-time tenure.

The contract workers at the Casino number up to approximately 270 and ceasing work will cause damage to this vital facility which yields hundreds of thousands of dollars each day.

In addition to the fact that they are not full-time employers, contractors are complaining of rebates on their salaries.

They assured that they will not renew their contracts that end on the 31st of December 2012 should things remain unchanged.
