Will expatriates be able to vote in upcoming elections?

According to Article 112 of Elections Law, the Lebanese who are outside Lebanon are supposed to elect 6 representatives, 3 Christians and 3 Muslims.

The committee formed by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Interior is supposed to draw up the implementing decrees for this process and to submit them to the government for approval.
