Return of state electricity depends on arrival of ships-[REPORT]
EDL ran out of fuel and Lebanon plunged into absolute darkness on Saturday.
 
However, the efforts of the Energy Minister and EDL yielded 6000 kiloliters of oil that were secured from the Lebanese Army reserves.
 
This quantity was distributed equally between the Deir Ammar and Al Zahrani plants and will only last for three days.
