Head of the Progressive Socialist Party Walid Jumblatt noted that the matter of reforms should be pursued with Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, saying: "The government's work should not be disrupted."

"We will study with other parties how to tackle the Beirut Port Explosion matter. From the very start, we called for an international investigation committee, and the investigation must take its course," Jumblatt added following his meeting with Berri.

Regarding the Tayouneh events, he called on the judiciary to conduct a fair and transparent investigation."
