The price of food remains the main concern of the Lebanese people as the holy month of Ramadan approaches.
Economy Minister Amin Salam launched a series of steps in collaboration with professional organizations this month in an attempt to regulate food costs.
Salam affirmed that sufficient supplies for the month of Ramadan have been obtained and supplied to retail establishments in order for them to set their pricing during the holy month, and he urged towns and citizens to join in the price control process.
