Bassil: There is a majority that does not want to deal with the crisis-[REPORT]
Free Patriotic Movement leader MP Gebran Bassil said on Tuesday that there is a majority that does not want to deal with the crisis, especially in terms of finance.
 
“While we are the ones who submitted draft laws to recover the looted and transferred funds, as well as the Capital Control draft law, the disclosure of accounts and properties, the establishment of a court to try financial criminals, and we are the ones who are following up on the forensic audit," he added.
 
As for the Beirut Port explosion, Bassil said that head of Lebanese Customs Badri Daher “is paying the price of the truth today through his unjust imprisonment with his companions, who are many from all sects and regions.”
