REPORT: Hazmieh bids farewell to storm victim Joseph Sfeir

The Municipality of Hazmieh cut off the route taken by citizens in an attempt to flee the traffic from Baabda to Mansourieh after the killing of Joseph Sfeir who died when his car slipped due to the storm which caused landslides.  

Hazmieh’s residents bid farewell to their loved one at the Mar Roukoz Church in Hazmieh at a time when his family members refused to comment on the tragic incident.       

In turn, the head of Hazmieh’s Municipality, Jean Asmar, mentioned several dangerous accidents which took place on this road, calling on the concerned authorities to implement the project of its rehabilitation.
