REPORT: Patriarch Rai contacts Christian leaders, discusses electoral law

Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Bechara Boutros Rai contacted on Tuesday, from Rome, Christian leaders and called for a meeting to be held as soon as he gets back to Lebanon.

Conflicting information were reported in regards to the electoral law and the meetings held in Rome with Patriarch Cardinal Rai.

This report will shed light on the discussions pertaining to the electoral law and the position of the Free Patriotic Movement in this regard.
