REPORT: Will Salam be able to meet preconditions of opposing blocs?

The Lebanese political powers anticipated the consultations pertaining to the formation of the cabinet and began declaring their conditions in regards to the government to be formed by PM-Designate Tamam Salam.

Amid the current controversial positions, it seems that the formation process will not be any easier than any previous ones.

However, another conception states that the new cabinet will be neutral, without confirming whether it will be a cabinet of elections or a crisis management cabinet.

This report will highlight the positions of a number of officials regarding the new government and their expectations concerning this matter.
