REPORT: Dispute flares between pharmacists and syndicate over medical data

Each pharmacy uses a well-specified system in order to register all medical records so that they can be accurate and easily accessible if need be.

In Lebanon, over five companies sell different IT systems and each pharmacy chooses the most suitable one for its work.

This report will examine the stances of the Pharmacists Syndicate chief who has recently suggested to unify the IT systems. This report will also shed light on the the protests carried out against this step.
