  • Similar points of view between Aoun and Geagea
             
Sources mentioned through An-Nahar daily that points of view between the head of Change and Reform Bloc MP Michel Aoun and LF Chief Samir Geagea are similar regarding the ratification of the electoral law.                          

The sources also said that both are preparing similar plans to run the elections.       
                

  • Fatfat: March 14 is against the policy of the Foreign Affairs Ministry
                      
MP Ahmad Fatfat said on Friday that the sub parliamentary committee will start its discussions regarding the electoral law.

He also added that the Cabinet has set during its session on Thursday the conditions and political capacities for candidacy.             

Talking to Al-Joumhouria newspaper Fatfat mentioned that the role of this sub parliamentary committee is acknowledging a suitable electoral law and pointed out that all political parties are represented in this committee.                  

MP Fatfat stressed that March 14 is against the policy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs related to the voting of emigrants and pointed out that not only 6 deputies should be allocated for emigrants, but instead they should vote for 128 deputies.     
                  


The commander of the Free Syrian Army in Aleppo Major Abu Mohammad said on Friday that the FSA has a number of prisoners from Hezbollah in addition to Iranian fighters.                    

In a talk to Al-Rai Kuwaiti newspaper, Abu Mohammad expressed his willingness to publish documents confirming the involvement of Hezbollah in  "the slaughter of the Syrian people and fighting alongside the Syrian regime."      
 
          


Al-Akhbar newspaper mentioned on Friday that the Chief of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party Asaad Hardan has resolved the political bureau of the party in Syria.                

The newspaper also pointed out that Hardan asked Nazir al-Azama to establish a new political bureau.     
                


Al-Joumhouria newspaper mentioned on Friday that the LAF is preparing a security plan in Mid and North Bekaa to enhance security in these areas.

The security measures will be followed up by raids to cope with attacks carried out by networks that have been put under surveillance.
