Here's A Car That Drives Itself!
Driverless cars are coming to the United Kingdom in 2015, and four locations have been picked for testing these cars.

The locations are Greenwich, Bristol, Coventry and Milton Keynes, and the testing will begin on the first of January.

Tests will include automated passenger shuttle vehicles and autonomous valet parking for adapted cars.

Bristol will play host to the Venturer consortium. It will investigate whether driverless cars will reduce congestion and make roads safer. Venturer will also look at the legal and insurance aspects of the revolutionary road technology.

As for Milton Keynes and Coventry, they will share duties on the UK Autodrive program which will test driverless cars on the roads along with self-driving pods for pedestrianized areas.

The said program will look at and develop technology that will need to be built into roads to aid car navigation.
