Young Lebanese Oliver Mansour won 1st internationally in mathematics competition
Young Lebanese Oliver Mansour won first place worldwide in the online Caribou Cup Mathematics Competition, beating more than 17,000 students from around the world.

Competing against 12,909 students internationally, 5,793 students nationally, 70 students in Quebec, and 53 in the English Montreal School Board, the Grade 4 student was able to shine based on his high performance in this first round.

Organized by the Roslyn School in Canada monthly from October 2022 to May 2023, the winners are judged based on their performance in five of the six rounds, including interactive mathematics tests designed for young students.

Commenting on the win, Oliver Mansour expressed his happiness to win first place, adding that he is excited to follow the competition until the end.
