Arab league to send observers to Syria, no Summit soon
In a statement issued on Wednesday, Qatari Foreign Minister Hamad bin Jasem al-Thani said that the Arab League will send observers to Syria within three days if Syria agrees to the League’s action plan. The draft agreement on observers will be sent to the Syrian government on Wednesday.

Also speaking on Wednesday, Arab League Secretary General Nabil al-Araby admitted that the time is not right for an Arab Summit on Syria.
