Czech parliament votes to dissolve, early election seen

The lower house of the Czech parliament voted to dissolve itself on Tuesday, clearing the way for an early election likely in October.

The election will end months of political turmoil that has crippled policy making since the center-right government of Prime Minister Petr Necas collapsed in June.
