Judge won't dismiss murder charge against bride

A federal judge has rejected a request to dismiss a murder indictment against a Montana woman accused of pushing her new husband to his death in Glacier National Park.
     
US District Judge Donald Molloy also rejected prosecutors' request Friday to delay the Dec. 9 trial of 22-year-old Jordan Graham.
     
Graham testified that she instinctively pushed Cody Johnson away when he grabbed her arm during an argument, causing the July 7 fall.
     
Graham had asked Molloy to dismiss the murder charge, saying an FBI agent improperly interviewed her and that her statements were distorted in the criminal complaint.
      
Molloy dismissed that motion and another by prosecutors who sought a delay while they awaited the results of DNA tests on a piece of cloth found near the 25-year-old Johnson's body.
