Sources at the Syrian opposition reported on Monday that the Syrian National Coalition published 2 million books to be used in the new education curriculum.
The sources pointed out that all words, phrases and chapters that refer to President Bashar Assad, the Baath Party, and the Collective Movement had been omitted from the new curriculum.
The SNC cooperated with the interim government to publish these books, and mentioned that student in rebel-held areas and at refugee camps in neighboring countries will be following the said curriculum.
