Saudi Arabia hosts talks with US, regional allies on Thursday

Saudi Arabia will host talks with the United States, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey and fellow Gulf Arab states on Thursday in Jeddah, the kingdom said on Tuesday.

"The meeting will tackle the issue of terrorism in the region and the extremist organizations that stand behind it and the means of addressing it," a statement carried on the official Saudi Press Agency said.
