NTC officials confirm Gaddafi still in Libya
Officials of Libya’s National Transitional Council (NTC) confirmed that Gaddafi is still in Libya, adding that they reserve the right to use deadly force if he does not surrender.
AFP quoted NTC military representative in Tripoli Omar El-Hariri as saying that “there is an 80% chance that Gaddafi is still in Libya”.

“We believe that Gaddafi is still in Libya and we have the right to kill him because he is a criminal and an outlaw”, Ahmad Dard the Libyan charge d'affaires said.
NATO, Libya, Gaddafi: NATO military operations in Libya began days after the UN Security Council adopted Resolution 1973 authorizing member states to use all necessary measures to protect civilians in Libya.

Leading NATO members including the United States, Britain and France have demanded that Gaddafi leave power and recognized the National Transition Council as the legitimate representatives of the Libyan people.
