Syrian Protesters meet in Vienna

Around 40 exiled Syrian protesters held a meeting on Saturday in Vienna to coordinate support for the Syrian opposition.

The meeting included representatives of the Syrian opposition in 13 states, from Spain and Russia to German, Switzerland and Greece.

The participants informed the Austrian News Agency (ANA) of their desire to dissociate themselves from the Assad regime and extend their support to the Syrian protests in all possible means and to establish a “Syrian Union Abroad” in a bid to give support to the opposition in Syria and the protesters that fled the country.
