Israel boosts security on entry to Al-Aqsa mosque

Israeli police tightened security measures, restricting access to Al-Aqsa mosque to Muslim worshipers in Jerusalem in fear of possible attacks following Friday prayers.

Israeli police spokesperson said that entry to the mosque is only authorized to men above 35 years old and bearers of Israeli identity, stressing that women are denied access.
