Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said on Saturday that the Israeli settlement project which separates between the north and the south of the West Bank is a 'red line" that will not be implemented.             

Abbas stressed that settlement activities on the Palestinian land are illegal in all their forms, and rejected.
