A warning was issued of a missile attack on the Russian city of Belgorod

Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of the Russian city of Belgorod, has urged the city's residents to take shelter in safe places on Sunday after a warning of a missile attack on the city, according to information posted on his Telegram account. 

Yesterday, Saturday, 22 people were killed in the city of Belgorod as a result of what Moscow described as a "random" Ukrainian airstrike.
