Nuclear proliferation still growing

The former Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAE) Mohamed ElBaradei said that nuclear technologies are still spreading despite Fukushima’s “disaster” thanks to leading industrial countries.

ElBaradei in an interview to Wall Street Journal mentioned that Italy and Germany stopped the production of these technologies following Japan’s earthquake in March, unlike France, India and China who doubled their production despite all warnings.
