Demonstrations sweep Israel demanding social justice

Tens of Thousands of Israelis staged a demonstration Saturday night in protest of the high cost of living and to demand social justice.

The largest demonstration was staged in Tal Aviv where more than 70, 000 people took to the streets.

The demonstrators raised banners that read “the people want to increase the budget”, “social justice” and “more public housing.”
