Flash floods sweep Saudi Arabia, kill 13 people
        
Heavy rainfall and flash floods sweeping numerous areas in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia killed late on Tuesday 13 persons, noting that 4 people were reported missing, according to the Civil Defense.        

The spokesman of the Civil Defense stressed that other 4 people were missing in the cities of Riyadh, al-Bahah, Ha'il and Qawi'iya.           

In this context, the spokesman of the residents called for taking all precautionary measures by following instructions and being aware of the hazards due to heavy rains and climate change, warning against any attempt to approach valleys.
