VIDEO: Boy severely beaten by younger child

A video went viral on social media platforms on Friday showing a boy severely beaten by a younger child named Abbas at the instigation of an adult whose voice could be heard in the video.

In this regard, State Prosecutor Judge Samir Hammoud tasked the Bekaa General Prosecutor with launching an investigation in order to identify the source of the video and reveal the circumstances of the incident.
