Sunday’s weather: Rainy with scattered thunderstorms

The Civil Aviation Management Weather Services expects that Sunday’s weather will be cloudy and rainy with scattered thunderstorms. 

The weather services added that no remarkable temperature changes will be witnessed and snow will fall at an altitude of 1,500 meters.                

However, the weather will start improving from Sunday afternoon onwards.               

Cold winds will affect the eastern basin of the Mediterranean in the coming days.  As for Monday, the weather will be partly cloudy with cold northerly winds that will lead to a noticeable decrease in temperatures.                

Expected temperatures:                

-Coastal regions: 14 to 21°C                                 

-Mountainous regions: 7 to 11°C                               

-Bekaa: 6 to 13°C         

-Al-Arz: 1 to 5°C
