Ali: The government should prevent smuggling actions
The Syrian ambassador to Lebanon Ali Abdelkarim Ali called on the Lebanese government to take the necessary actions against weapon smuggling on the Lebanese Syrian border as such actions are complementary to terrorism.

Ali mentioned that the revelations of the Defense Minister Fayez Ghosn about the presence of Al-Qaeda militants in Ersal and their movement between Lebanon and Syria requires high security measures to prevent all aspects of extremism to preserve both countries security.
