Minister Bou Saab: Official exams will be held on Thursday

Education Minister Elias Bou Saab stated on Tuesday that he will not postpone official exams, emphasizing that they will be held on Thursday.

Following the adjournment of the parliamentary session aimed at the discussing the pay scale, Minister Bou Saab said from parliament that he will not refrain from calling for the teachers’ rights.

He also mentioned that a solution for the pay scale dossier is political, stressing that all political factions should reach an agreement pertaining to this dossier.

Prior to the session, a meeting was held between Minister Bou Saab and Progressive Socialist Party Leader MP Walid Jumblatt in Clemenceau.
