The head of the General Labor Confederation Ghassan Ghosn accompanied an LBCI crew in Jbeil Street to ask Lebanese citizens what they think of the current wage adjustment issue.

The responses were overwhelmingly similar; Most of the people interviewed hoped that this file would be solved soon but they were not positive about it.

Ghosn declared that if the cabinet fails to come up with a solution during the next session the GLC will implement a general strike to “defend people’s and worker’s rights”.
