MEA welcomes new Airbus 320 aircraft
Middle East Airlines (MEA) celebrated the arrival of the new Airbus 320 that joined its air fleet, bringing the total number of its aircraft to 16 modern and sophisticated Airbus aircrafts.      

Among the figures that attended the official ceremony at Rafik Hariri International Airport: Minister of Public Works Ghazi Aridi, Governor of the Lebanese Central Bank Riyad Salameh, MEA Chairman Mohamad El-Hout and Airbus company’s chairman Tom Enders and most prominent employees.        

The new aircraft carries the serial number 5000, reflecting the number of planes sold by Airbus until this day.      

In this regard, Aridi, Salameh and Hout stressed the MEA’s pioneering role in the air transportation sector in Lebanon and the world at the service of passengers and travelers.
