Muslim Brotherhood: We will not support any Islamist candidate in presidential elections
The Supreme Guide of the Muslim Brotherhood, Mohamed Badie, announced Thursday that the party will not support any Islamist candidate in the presidential elections in Egypt; instead, the organization will choose a consensual candidate for the best interests of Egypt.    

The Muslim Brotherhood won 47% of Egypt’s Assembly’s seats in the legislative elections that ended last week.
