Lebanon set to reduce jail time for all prisoners
The head of the Parliamentary Law and Administration committee Robert Ghanem revealed that the 12 month imprisonment year has been reduced to 9 months in line with similar decisions taken by several Arab and Western countries.

Ghanem added that some prisons in Lebanon are not equipped to receive inmates, calling on the current government to take immediate action in this regard.
