REPORT: Campaign to remove political signs from Beirut kicks off

The campaign aiming at removing all political signs and posters from the capital Beirut kicked off on Thursday morning, with the participation of the Civil Defense’s Fire Department.

In this regard, Beirut’s Governor Ziad Shbeib thanked all the citizens who took the initiative and removed the political signs, noting that the dialogue held between Hezbollah and the Future Movement has been positively reflecting on the situation in the country.

He added that Interior Minister Nouhad al-Mashnouq gave the order to remove all road barriers.
