REPORT: Sukleen employees protest by blocking Karantina-Beirut highway

The Karantina – Beirut highway was reopened on Thursday morning after being briefly blocked by the employees of Sukleen waste management company.

The employees staged a protest to call for guarantees that protect their rights, if waste management tenders settled on another company.
