REPORT: Lebanese officials tackle waste crisis during dialogue session
Speaker Nabih Berri adjourned the eighth national dialogue session until next Tuesday November 3.

Head of the Change and Reform bloc MP Michel Aoun personally attended the session, during which the issue of the waste management was tackled.

However, head of the Progressive Socialist Party MP Walid Jumblatt was absent due to medical reasons, while Future bloc leader Fouad Sioniora failed to attend due to travel.

In turn, the Kataeb party chief MP Sami Gemayel had declared the suspension of the Kataeb’s participation in the dialogue session, until solutions to the country’s urgent matters are reached, especially those related to the waste managment crisis.
