Killer of Sidon bank teller put on death row
Investigating Judge in Sidon Monif Barakat issued an indictment on Monday, 20 days after the crime was committed. The indictment orders the death sentence against Syrian detainee Nasser Mohammad Hussein Al Fares who killed teller Mohammad al-Natout after holding him at gunpoint and robbing him. Barakat deferred Al Fares to the accusation board in Sidon and afterwards the detainee will be sent to the Sidon’s Criminal Court.
