Hassan Khalil: LAF must be kept away from political calculations

Health Minister Ali Hassan Khalil called on the Lebanese on Sunday to keep the LAF away from their political calculations, calling for providing financial means to increase the army’s numbers and equipment.

Khalil said that opening the food security issue is an opportunity we must build on to rid the scene of the corrupt who are threatening people’s health and future.
He stressed that he will remain vocal, hold violators accountable and control violations.

Khalil stressed the necessity to rearrange the political regime’s priorities, adding that using the language of sectarianism by betting on the changes rocking the neighboring countries or changes that will happen in Lebanon is wrong and will benefit no one.
